Town of Chapel Hill : Chapel Hill 2020

Fascinating. Some of the people involved have not been especially tolerant of dissenting views, and my fear is that this will turn out to be a huge waste of time. But this will give a lot of people with too much time on their hands something to do, and I suppose this is good. Whether it will lead to a downtown without these sorts of incidents is highly unlikely, nor is this likely to produce sustainable jobs and spending opportunities for the wealthy of Chapel Hill.
