"Sidewalk construction on Culbreth Road has started" - Daily Tar Heel

It sure seems like a lot of money! But it will sure be nice to have an unbroken sidewalk there for those who use it. How much traffic does it get in the course of an average day? I imagine most of it comes from students going to Carrboro High School?
