The fellow in charge of sidewalk repairs is Sheldon BURNETT in Chapel Hill Public Works. 919-969-5124. I called and left a message about the poor job done in replacing a single sidewalk section in front of 147 Graylyn more or less. For so many men working on this, it looks a lot more like a camel than a horse. And the camel is not in very good health.
