I spoke yesterday with Ben PERRY of East-West Partners yesterday about this. He said that they will not break ground for 18 months or so. There will be NO single family homes. The project will be primarily multiple level (up to 6 or 7) condos. More “urban” than Southern Village, he says. Naturally, this all depends on ultimate Chapel Hill Town Council approvale, etc.
